The Silver Eagle Build Assist Program is a unique, hands-on experience designed to pair passionate builders with seasoned aircraft professionals. Many members of our team are current, former, or retired Boeing employees, bringing decades of experience in building the world’s finest commercial aircraft.

Whether you’re new to aircraft construction or just looking for expert support, we’ll be right there with you—shoulder to shoulder.

Settle in at Leeside Manor, your home base nestled in the heart of the stunning Pacific Northwest. Choose your pace—go all-in for a week, take your time over a few months, or anything in between. Whether you're here for seven days or seventy, you’ll enjoy both the process and the place.

Your Experience Might Look Like This:

• Build by day, then catch a Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, or Kraken game by night.

• Spend a few focused days in the workshop, followed by a private boat cruise through the San Juan Islands.

• After a productive build session, unwind with a movie in our theater room or try your luck at Angel of the Winds Casino, just three miles away.

• Start your mornings with a workout in our fully equipped gym.

• Set your own schedule—work hard, relax harder.
